We understand our clients have financial obligations and the importance of receiving rents on time, every time.
Our attorney prepared leases are drawn in accordance with Florida Landlord Tenant Law and state rent is due on the 1st and late on the 3rd of each month. Once late, we conduct aggressive while legally permissible rent collection services. Forms of communication include phone, email, mail and site visits.
Disbursements
Archer Crown is committed to early rent disbursements (usually between the 5th and 12th) of each month depending on when received.
Once received rent disbursements are sent safely and efficiently though ACH processing and directly to owner’s bank accounts. Along with these payments, a detailed statement is sent to the owner’s email address. Owners have the option to receive rent disbursements via check at no additional charge.
