- Security: Verify all doors and windows are properly secure and no vandalism has occurred.
- Exterior Inspections: Visual inspection of the perimeter of property including, roof, pool, screening.
- Interior Inspection: Visual inspection of the interior including lanai and garage.
- Mail, Papers & Advertisements: Empty mailbox and pick up newspapers and sale advertisements.
- Infestations: Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.
- Electrical Breakers: Check the electric panel for tripped breakers. Check the electric water heater breaker is turned off.
- Air Conditioning: Check that A/C is cooling properly. Reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed.
- Water Intrusion: Check for evidence of water leaks, damage and visual signs of mold and mildew.
- Faucets Seals & Washers: Run faucets, disposals, and flush toilets to prevent damage.
- Security / Emergency Alarm Response: We are available to be notified as second or third responders in cases of alarm activation.
- Home Opening: Light Cleaning and dusting Turn on water, ice maker and hot water heater. Adjust temperature controls depending on time of year Open blinds and shades. Freshen toilets.
- Home Closing: Pick up trash. Turn off water, ice maker and hot water heater. Adjust temperature controls depending on time of year. Close blinds and shades. Ensure trash is removed and bring in trash receptacles.
