Resident Screening

Once accepted, we can then accept both signed and drawn eSignatures. Areas include identify verification, criminal background checks, federal and state civil credit history. In conjunction with this screening Archer Crown also conducts separate residence history screening (both present and prior when possible), employment and household salary verifications.
