While the Owners Start-Up Program offers many valuable services, one of the most important is the detailed initial safety and maintenance inspection. This initial inspection helps to determine the general condition of the Orlando Rental Home and to establish repair items that are needed. This inspection focuses on such diverse elements as:

Safety: Through suggestions on safety, our goal is to reduce liability exposure for our client's.

Property Condition: Through suggestions on the overall condition of the, our goal is to maintain the asset in the most optimum physical condition. Examples for Capital Improvements are carpets, appliances and air condition units. For preventive maintenance and on-going maintenance would be caulking and drywall repair.

Visual Appeal: Through suggestions on visual appeal, cleanliness and comfort, our goal is to maximize rental value and resident placement.
Once the initial safety and maintenance items have been determined, we will coordinate and oversee using a systematic approach, that all work is completed in a timely manner.
When we combine the Owners Start-Up Program with the Semi-Annual Property Inspection, Annual Property Inspection and on-going Maintenance Program, our greater Orlando property owners now have another tool for valuable input, knowledge and guidance that is critical in making informed financial decisions for their Orlando rentals.
ARCHER CROWN Residential Management provides the OWNERS START- UP PROGRAM service for a fee of $250.00 and is collected at the time of signing the Central Florida Property Management agreement. Please note the fee is non-refundable.
