Providing a safe, comfortable living environment is just part of the solution to good resident relations and retention. Providing proper resident information and expectations is another part.

If this is your first occasion staying in one of our Central Florida rental properties or if you have decided to rejoin our resident family, it is important to understand what our policies and procedures are. Since your rental obligations are similar to actual ownership of the property, you are expected by law to maintain and care for both the home and the yard in most cases.
