In exchange, we request a referral fee.

We Protect Your Client

Since ARCHER CROWN Residential Management and FLORIDA VILLA MANAGEMENT have elected NOT to offer buying and listing services, when a real estate associate refers a client for either long term property management or vacation home management and villa rentals and that client approaches us for help to purchase a home or buy a investment property, we will notify the referring agent in order for them to assist their client. This way our referring partners can rest assure that our companies will do everything we can to make sure that their client, stays their client. Not all companies that perform property management services can make this claim.
